This is why we need to train in the gym so as to compliment what we do on the course.
Now, you don’t need to be an elite athlete to enjoy a game of golf, but I can guarantee as you improve your athleticism, your love of the game will also improve while your frustrations and handicap dramatically decrease.

There are five key areas that each golfer should look to optimise off the course in order to optimise their full potential on the course.
These are Mobility, Stability, Strength, Power, and overall Health.
This is why I have designed the four programs within Golf Health and Performance and why each program comes with a health living guide that covers nutrition (both on and off the course), recovery methods, and healthy habits for maximising not just the game of golf but your entire quality of life.
Health is a foundational aspect of your performance along with Mobility and Stability. It is from this foundation you can build your strength along with aesthetics if you wish and from there you have the solid foundation to progress to advanced power training. So if you are in doubt, I suggest you start with “Move Well, Play Well” and progress to “Look Good, Play Good” or “Get Strong, Hit Long” and finally complete “Power Play”.
Once you sign up for a program, you will get guided through the process so you will know the best way to progress, as well as having additional options to choose from.
FITNESS TRAINING FOR GOLF
1. INCREASE MOBILITY
As world number one Scottie Scheffler has stated, most amateur golfers can not reach their full potential simply because they are unable to get into the correct positions needed to hit their shots. Mobility training is key. You need to move well to play well.
2. IMPROVE STABILITY

You need the stability to put the power through your body, the ground and into the club and ball.
3. BUILD STRENGTH
Strength training is fundamental for all sports and golf is no different. It is the physical attribute that makes everything better. Strength means more control and more power so you will hit further and more accurately.
4. DEVELOP POWER
Club head speed along with the ability to use the ground is fundamental reaching your potential. Developing power in the gym will 100% cross over to the course and compliement your game.

12 weeks of programming suitable for both men and women with a strong emphasis on mobility exercises and training through a full range of motion.
These programs will have you swinging more freely and allow you to get into the positions you need to be to improve and even perfect your swing.

LOOK GOOD PLAY GOOD
12 weeks of programming for those who want to look good both on and off the course. There are different programs for men and women within the program. Choose which one to follow once you have signed up. The programs are developed to help you build both muscle and performance with what is called functional hypertrophy based programming. So as the name suggests, you will look and play good (Well great, actually!).

GET STRONG HIT LONG
Build a strong and structurally sound physique that will enable you to put unbelievable power into your shots when ever you choose to do so.
