WHY "MOVE WELL, PLAY WELL"?
Over the past 30 years of coaching I have assessed 1000’s of individuals using a variety of screening techniques from CHEK, to PICP to the very Golf Specific Titleist Performance Institute Screen. There are a number of common themes that need to be addressed in the majority of individuals that are the focus of this program.
When it comes to golf, flexibility, strength, and stability are essential. Poor mobility and imbalance can limit your swing, increase the risk of injury, and hinder your overall performance.
